Pure fooling. I want to chat with live chat, press button and then I keep being redirected to main page to play. If I tap on support nothing happens. I then tried to find out an email address for support via google and found one. Wrote to support a good 1 1/2 weeks ago that for some reason an incorrect date of birth was stored in my profile and also informed support that I had moved and politely asked the suppert to change this, because unfortunately I cannot change it can. But unfortunately nothing has happened until today.
Furthermore, I noticed that this king billy casino always deducts a few more cents from the player account for most games (not all), for example. I play with a stake of 0.40 cents, but king billy deducts 0.44 cents from my player account) I also have proof of this via screenshots.

Reinste Verarschung. Ich will mit dem live chat schreiben, drücke Taste und dann werde ich andauern auf die hauptseite zum spielen weitergeleitet. Tippe ich auf Support passiert garnicht. Ich habe dann über google versucht eine Emailadresse vom Support rauszufinden und habe zwar eine gefunden.
